What you need to get approved
Four documents. We review them by hand and come back to you within one business day, approved or not.
- VAT registration
Your company's Belgian VAT number, active and matching the name on the account.
- Transport licence
A valid national or community licence for the vehicles you intend to run.
- Cargo insurance
In date, with the expiry recorded. We remind you before it lapses rather than quietly dropping you.
- Company IBAN
Payouts go to an account in the company name. No personal accounts, no third parties.
Missing something? Start the application anyway and finish it once you have the document — nothing is lost.
Vehicle types on the platform
Pricing is set per vehicle type, so a van job is not priced like a trailer job.
- Van — parcels, single pallets, urgent small loads
- Box truck — multi-pallet loads with a tail lift
- Tautliner — full loads, side loading, up to 33 pallets
- Mega — high-volume trailers for light, bulky freight
